SPRING FLING

Last night, Sigma Kappa and Gamma Phi Beta co-hosted a 'spring fling.'

All the sweet sorority girls donned their light-colored, floral sundresses.

(And the sweet southern boys looked sharp, too, of course!)
Here I am with my date. We are both goofy and decided to go for a classic "prom pose."

Here, my friend and I try to make Lilly P. proud!
(Pardon the appearance. This was AFTER a lot of dancing!)

I thought it would be a night of shagging! But much to my surprise (and excitement) they played quite a bit of great hip-hop music (my FAVORITE genre of music), so my sisters and I danced the night away!

Spring is in the air! I'm so happy it's spring time and that it's starting to warm up a bit!

$5 agenda, anyone?

I wanted one of these agendas at the beginning of the year, even though I had another one that I was using for school. I looked at them online for a few weeks, and then decided that I would just wait until next year!

UNTIL....

I found one for $5!!!

I have been in Cashiers, North Carolina for the last few days and went to Highlands nearby today to look around. I looked in a small gift shop that had all kinds of Lilly paper products, and I when I walked in - TA DA! - Lilly Pulitzer 2010 agendas for $5!!!

Yes, I know it's already March, but for $5, I think I can transfer all of my assignments and plans from one agenda to my new one.

What a find!

Lilly on a budget

Well, maybe not on a budget, but certainly on the funds typical of a college student!

Last night while perusing TJ Maxx, I came across another blessed piece of Lilly: the Shrunken Polo.

For only $29.99, I added this polo, an essential for any wardrobe, to my closet!

I found the polo, not in black, but in a lovely sky blue color with a little green Lilly tree on it!

 TJ Maxx does it again!
